terms and conditions !

1. clients must contact me through one of my provided social platforms for commission discussion, wip updates, and final delivery. work will not begin until contact has been established. if no contact is made within one week of ordering, the commission may be cancelled at my discretion. commissions may be refunded or resumed if contact is established within 180 days of the original order, in accordance with ko-fi’s refund policy.
2. full payment is required upfront before work begins. refunds are only available before the sketch has been approved. once the sketch is approved, the commission is considered final and non-refundable.
3. 3. composition, anatomy, and posing revisions are allowed during the sketch phase. major changes after sketch approval may require an additional fee of no more than 20% of the commission’s total cost.
4. turnaround time may vary depending on complexity, queue size, and availability.
5. i reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.
6. commissioned artwork is for personal use only unless otherwise discussed.
7. i may post commissioned artwork publicly unless requested otherwise beforehand.
8. reposting is allowed with visible credit.

1. SKETCH
a simple black & white sketch. randomized between headshots, halfbodies, and fullbodies.

3. FINISHED
a fully finished fullbody.
simple backgrounds (solid colors, gradients, and simple patterns) are free and the default. complex backgrounds are available as an addition.characters will be drawn in a standard, non-action pose. this listing is intended for character showcases rather than dynamic scenes. for action poses, combat, or more complex compositions, see my scenes listing.

5. REFERENCE SHEET
i can create a reference sheet for an existing design. minor edits or additions can be made upon request at no additional cost.extras may include, but are not limited to: mirrored views for asymmetrical details, headshots, accessory closeups, expressions, or additional angles not visible in the main fullbody. specific extras can be requested, otherwise i will include what i feel is necessary for a clear understanding of the design.

2. ICON
a clean colored shot from the shoulders/neck up.
simple backgrounds are free and the norm. shading and complex backgrounds are available as an addition.
canvas is always 1x1 unless otherwise requested.

4. CUSTOM DESIGN
i can create an original character design based on an image, animal, moodboard, aesthetic, concept, or any combination of references.the final design will be provided as a flat-colored fullbody with an attached color palette and eye palette. transparent and alternate versions can be provided upon request. a name can also be added upon request.the reference sheet add-on includes a mirrored headshot and descriptive text at minimum. additional details, callouts, or artwork that i feel are necessary to clearly communicate the design may be added by request or at my discretion :)

6. SCENE
a fully finished piece. includes color, shading, and a detailed background by default.this listing is intended for action shots, complex character interactions, storytelling, etc. unlike my fullbody listing, characters are not limited to standard showcase poses and may be depicted in motion or interacting with their environment. this could mean that some parts of the character may not be in view.additional characters are available as an add-on. environmental complexity add-ons may include heavily detailed environments, architecture, crowds, vehicles, extensive effects, or other details not included in a standard background.
